Since its creation in February 2010, the First Nations and Inuit labour market advisory committee aims to promote the inclusion and socio-professional integration of First Nations and Inuit people in the Quebec labor market.

Due to its composition and in-depth knowledge of the needs and constraints faced by First Nations and Inuit people in the labor market, the Committee holds a comprehensive and shared vision of the employability issues of Indigenous individuals
